Which means one cup of coffee around 8am will still be in your body at 6pm. Did you know cafeïne stays in your body for 5 hours? It does not stop there though, if you add another 5 hours it will be halved. Calming down the body will make it sleepy and relaxed and eventually will make you fall asleep. Distract your mind by doing some reading, journaling or listen to music. If after 20 minutes you haven’t fallen asleep yet, your brains probably is still too active.
